1. Orders

When you place an order, you make a purchase offer. Natura Esencials Products, S.L. reserves the right to accept or decline your order. Your order will not be confirmed until payment is received.

2. Prices

Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order, as stated in the confirmation email. Unless expressly indicated, prices do not include taxes or shipping costs.

3. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events outside our control.

4. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from receipt to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at contacto@naturaesencials.com with your order number.

5. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, images, trademarks, designs) is the property of Natura Esencials Products, S.L. or its licensors. Reproduction without prior consent is prohibited.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Málaga.
