Why we use it, and on what legal basis

Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what each of these needs in order to do its job for us:
- Payment processing — Revolut. Receives the amount, your email address and order reference.
- Order fulfilment and delivery — our United Kingdom logistics partner and the carrier they use. Receive your name, delivery address and telephone number.
- Accounting — Xero, where the sale is recorded and your invoice is issued.
- Email delivery — Resend, which sends your order confirmation and delivery updates.
- Product reviews — Judge.me, if you choose to leave one.
- Hosting and database — Vercel and Supabase, which run the website and store order records.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Where your information is held
Some of these providers store data outside the United Kingdom, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement, so that your information keeps an equivalent level of protection.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: six years after the end of the financial year, as UK tax law requires.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
- Abandoned baskets: thirty days.
- Enquiries: two years after the matter is closed.
