Terms and Conditions — Natura Esencials UK

Applies to purchases made on the United Kingdom store. Last updated: 24 October 2026.

These terms govern your purchases from the Natura Esencials United Kingdom store. You accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, when you place an order. We recommend that you save or print them; your order confirmation email includes a link to them.

Purchases from our European store are made from a different, independent company, Natura Esencials Products, S.L., under separate terms.

2. Who can buy and where we deliver

You must be 18 or over to place an order. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

3. Our products

Our cosmetics and home products are handmade in small batches, so there may be slight differences in colour, scent or texture between batches that do not affect their quality. Ingredients are listed on each product page and on the packaging. Our products are for external use: if you have known allergies or sensitivities, read the ingredients and patch test before first use. Photographs are for illustration. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges depend on the option you choose and are shown before you pay. Delivery is free on the cheapest option when the value of the products reaches the amount shown on the site (currently £60). Payment is taken when you order, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other methods shown on Revolut's secure payment page. We never see or store your card details.

If a product is shown at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will tell you before dispatch and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. How the contract is formed

You add products to your basket, enter your details and delivery option, review the summary, accept these terms and pay on Revolut's secure page. You can correct any details before paying. Once payment is complete we email you an order confirmation; the contract is formed at that point. If a product turns out to be unavailable after payment, we will tell you and refund it.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in London. The delivery times shown at checkout are estimates (typically one to three working days); in any event we will deliver within thirty days of the order confirmation unless we agree otherwise with you. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us as soon as possible, with photographs, if anything is damaged or missing. Goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Your right to change your mind

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to cancel. We extend this to 30 days from the day you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods (or the last item, if your order arrives in several parcels). You do not need to give a reason.

How to cancel: email contact@naturaesencials.co.uk with your order number and the items you are returning, or send us the form at the end of these terms. We will email you a prepaid returns label. You then have 14 days to send the goods back.

Refunds: we refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving them back, or of proof that you sent them, to the payment method you used. If you chose a more expensive delivery option we refund only the standard rate. We pay for the return: we provide the label and cover the cost of sending the goods back.

Opened products. The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once they have been unsealed after delivery. In plain terms: an unopened product can be returned; one you have opened or used cannot, unless it is faulty.

If you return goods that have been handled more than necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

8. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may reject them within 30 days for a full refund; after that you may ask for a repair or replacement, and a price reduction or refund if that does not put things right. Where goods are faulty, we pay the return postage. Products used after their expiry date or after the period shown once opened are not covered.

9. Discount codes

Discount codes are applied at checkout and carry the conditions stated for each one (minimum spend, validity, number of uses or first order only). Unless stated otherwise, one code may be used per order, codes cannot be combined with other promotions, have no cash value and do not apply to delivery charges. Codes from our advocate programme are also subject to that programme's terms.

10. Customer account

You can buy without an account. If you create one, you sign in with a link we email to you; please do not share these links. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

11. Reviews

You are welcome to give your honest opinion of our products. We do not publish content that is offensive, unrelated to the product, includes other people's personal details or breaks the law. So that you know where each review comes from:

• Reviews marked Verified review come from people who have bought from the store: they were sent from the link we email after an order, or we have checked their purchase.
• Reviews marked Verified Advocate come from members of our advocate programme, who earn points that can be exchanged for discounts for giving their opinion, whatever that opinion is.
• Reviews marked Review from Google were published on our Google listing and are shown with the author's public name; they do not confirm a purchase on this site.
• Reviews without any of these labels were submitted through the site, and we cannot confirm that the author bought the product.

We publish positive and negative reviews alike, and we do not pay for or offer incentives in return for favourable reviews.

12. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made. Because we supply goods for domestic and private use, we are not liable for business losses.

13. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, photographs, videos, logos and brand, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

14. Customer service and complaints

Email contact@naturaesencials.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp at +44 7588 273477. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to resolve within fourteen.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before its courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed, and we keep a record of the version you accepted.
