These terms govern your purchase from the United Kingdom store. Purchases from our European store are made from a different company, Natura Esencials, S.L., under separate terms.

How the contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will send an acknowledgement by email, which is not yet acceptance. The contract comes into being when we email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply an item — because it is out of stock, or a price was displayed in error — we will tell you and refund any amount already taken.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately before you commit. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch within two working days and to deliver within thirty days of the contract at the latest, unless we agree otherwise with you. Goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Your right to change your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. You do not need to give a reason.

To cancel, email contacto@naturaesencials.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We refund within 14 days of receiving them back, or of proof that you sent them, to the payment method you used.

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option we refund only the standard rate. You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.

One exception, and it matters for cosmetics. The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once they have been unsealed after delivery. In plain terms: an unopened product can be returned; one you have opened and used cannot, unless it is faulty.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may reject them within 30 days for a full refund; after that you may ask for a repair or replacement, and a price reduction or refund if that does not resolve it. Where goods are faulty, we pay return postage.

Allergies and intended use

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Ingredients are listed on the packaging and on each product page. If you have known sensitivities, please read them before use and patch test. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made. Because we supply goods for domestic and private use, we are not liable for business losses.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, formulations and brand — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before its courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts. This does not remove any protection given to you by the consumer law of the country where you live.
